Where are you located?
We are based in the Canary Islands (Spain). All orders are shipped from the Canary Islands.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to mainland Spain, EU countries, other European countries and international destinations.
Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Simply add products to your cart and complete the checkout process. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your location.
Taxes & Pricing
Are prices shown with VAT?
Prices for destinations outside the Canary Islands are shown as net prices (VAT not included), as shipments are considered exports.
Do I have to pay additional taxes or duties?
For deliveries outside the Canary Islands, local import VAT, customs duties or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier and are provided as estimates.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, where available, a tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
Unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect product, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
