This page explains how to place an order, how we process it, and how delivery works for different destinations.
How to place an order
- Select the products and add them to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details.
- Choose an available payment method and complete the order.
- You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or for large orders, processing times may be longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Delivery
- Canary Islands: Local delivery with IGIC included in the price.
- Mainland Spain: Delivery from the Canary Islands as an export.
- EU & International: Orders are shipped as exports from the Canary Islands.
Delivery times depend on destination, carrier, customs procedures and local conditions. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed.
Customs, taxes and duties
Orders shipped outside the Canary Islands are considered exports. Import VAT, customs duties or additional fees may be applied by the destination country.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. For more details, please see our Tax Information .
