All products sold on diamaxis.com are shipped from the Canary Islands. Due to the special tax status of the Canary Islands, shipments outside this territory are considered exports.

- International destinations worldwide
3. Shipping Costs

4. Free Shipping Thresholds
We offer free shipping for orders that reach the minimum order value defined for each delivery zone:
- Canary Islands: free shipping on orders over €200
- Mainland Spain: free shipping on orders over €200
- European Union (EU): free shipping on orders over €250
- Europe (non-EU): free shipping on orders over €350
- International (worldwide): free shipping on orders over €350
If the order value is below the applicable threshold, standard shipping rates apply.
5. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping method. Delivery timeframes are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing.
6. Customs, Duties and Import Charges
For deliveries outside the Canary Islands, customers may be required to pay additional charges imposed by the destination country, such as:

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Delivery Responsibility
