This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made on diamaxis.com and is provided in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, including Directive 2011/83/EU, as well as applicable Spanish law.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by email at info@diamaxis.com before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you for the returned products, excluding delivery costs (unless otherwise required by law), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
3. Return Conditions
- Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Products must be adequately packed to avoid damage during transport.
- You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, the cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer.
Please note that returns from outside the Canary Islands may be subject to customs procedures. Any customs charges related to returns are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or safety reasons once opened.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@diamaxis.com with your order number and supporting information (photos, description).
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable law.
7. Refund Timing
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Banking processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
