2. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all users and customers who access the website or place orders through diamaxis.com. The seller reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

3. Products

Diamaxis offers professional tools and accessories, including diamond cutting blades and related products. Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes and may be updated without prior notice.

4. Prices and Taxes

All orders are shipped from the Canary Islands (Spain) and are considered exports.

  • Prices displayed for markets outside the Canary Islands are net prices and do not include VAT (IVA).
  • For deliveries within the Canary Islands, prices include IGIC, where applicable.
  • For deliveries outside the Canary Islands, import taxes, customs duties and other charges may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Orders

Orders are placed through the online store. A contract is formed once the order confirmation is sent to the customer by email.

6. Payment Methods

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payments must be completed in full before orders are processed and shipped.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from the Canary Islands to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, except where exclusions apply. Details are provided in the Refund & Returns Policy.

9. Liability

The seller is not responsible for improper or unsafe use of the products. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of TYSA SCP (Diamaxis) or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
