1) Before you return anything

Please contact our support first. This helps avoid delays and ensures the return is processed correctly.

Please include: order number, product name, and a short description. If applicable, attach photos.

2) Return eligibility (basic conditions)

  • Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.
  • Items must be safely packed to prevent damage in transport.
  • For professional tools and consumables, returns may be refused if the item shows signs of use.

3) Exchanges

Exchanges are handled individually depending on availability and destination. In most cases, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the correct product.

4) Defective or incorrect items

If you received a defective item or the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for photos and packaging details to resolve the issue quickly.

We will offer a suitable solution such as replacement, exchange, or refund, in accordance with applicable law and our policies.

5) Return shipping & customs (important for exports)

Orders are shipped from the Canary Islands. Returns from outside the Canary Islands may involve customs procedures. Unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), return shipping costs and any return-related customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6) Refunds

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item (or after receiving proof of return, where applicable). Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
